For a three year period, Phil Hartley worked with leading US designers JRA (Jack Rouse Associates) on two large museum projects, being built concurrently, in the Middle East. 

Phil acted as Senior Project Manager working with the JRA team and working closely alongside the client team to bring the two projects to completion.

The first of these, to complete, was the the two Energy Galleries, King Salman Science Oasis, in Riyadh. Each Gallery was 400sqm with two levels, and they incorporated multiple dynamic and theatrical effects as well as numerous interactive elements and projected shows.
