For a three year period, Phil Hartley worked with leading US designers JRA (Jack Rouse Associates) on two large museum projects, being built concurrently, in the Middle East. 

Phil acted as Senior Project Manager working with the JRA team and working closely alongside the Saudi Aramco client team to bring the two projects to completion.
